Regina Dimond

With over 30 years of teaching experience at both the elementary and secondary levels, Regina has dedicated her career to helping students build confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning. Born and raised in Maryland, and a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, Regina moved her family to Charlottesville more than a decade ago, where she has happily made our home.
Regina draws on proven best practices, creativity, and a sense of humor to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. She believes instruction should be both research-based and encouraging, which is why she enjoys weaving in music, laughter, and even a touch of lighthearted fun to keep students motivated.
Outside of her work with students, she enjoys spending time at the beach with family and friends, listening to music, and embracing life’s many adventures.
